Different Sunjoy products have different warranty periods. You may contact our customer service at shop@sunjoygroup.com to find out the warranty period of your product.

The warranty does not cover damage due to extreme weather conditions.

Steel components in our outdoor furniture and accessories are coated with rust inhibiting paint to prevent rusting. However, due to the nature of steel, surface oxidation (rusting) will occur once these protective coatings are scratched. This is not considered a defect and will not covered by the warranty.

Kindly email our customer care team at shop@sunjoygroup.com with your name, email, contact number as well as a photo or screenshot of your receipt. Do include a photo of the damaged/defect item, if applicable.

You will receive a replacement of the product or its parts in their original style and color. If the original is unavailable or has been discontinued, a replacement of similar style or color may be sent to you.

Only one discount or promotion can be applied per order.
